Sociocultural theory is a theory in psychology that looks at the contributions that society makes to individual development. This theory  focuses mainly on the interaction between developing people and the culture in which they live.

  4. From my biological perspective, Michelle should gather information by reading their heart rates, recording their weight loss. They could also do some exercises to use different parts of the brain.

    Because Michelle works very close with her team members, she will find out alot about them behaviourally. She can conduct various experiments to help her gain a better understanding of each individual, such as different routines and fitness reigemes and see how they repond ( either positively or negatively) to the tests and their respose rates. Will they adapt to the routines or struggle?

From the cognitive psychology, Michelle Bridges would be able to gather data such as how her team members think, how they cope with problem solving, memory of tasks and procedures, and finally their level of good decision making. This would assist her in understanding team members and allow her to help them reach their full potential.
